Precision timber homes

Good Evening!

I'm new to this site. And started to look for a timber style home. I've contacted several. And so far only precision timber homes has replied . At $350.00 per square ft, that has put me on hold. 

I know there hast to be more reasonable prices out there.

If someone has used a timber style manufacturer, could give me some pointers, or other manufacturers. I would greatly appreciate it!

Not sure who've you've contacted so far, but there are plenty of manufacturers who can do timber frame homes, including most log home manufacturers. Visit https://loghomes.org/ to get names of members of the Log & Timber Homes Council of the NAHB. There's even an easy form to fill out that will go to member manufacturers. Hopefully, some of them are better at follow-up than those you've already contacted.
