Hello my Friend, I have been restoring wooden and log homes for 30 years and it aint cheap. Coming behind other folks work can sometimes result in more work and risk . Get prices from well known restoration specialists and compare apples to apples. We do this kind of work for the love of it and sometimes we make some money as well. Good Luck, Jim
