We are having an open house at our model on Sunday, April 6th from 2pm to 4pm. This is a great chance to see our log product, get information about our log packages, learn what Timberhaven has to offer, and ask questions. It's very informal and relaxed. We hope you come!

Construction is pushing forward as fast as possible. The back decks are completed and the type of railing has been chosen. The sound proofing insulation has been installed and it seems today is the day for sheet rock to begin. We are racing to complete construction to the point of occupancy before our 1 year lease is up April 30.

How has winter been treating you this season? We've been pummeled in northern Michigan. In the area where our log home is located, we are well over 150 + inches of total snowfall. Today was -26 degrees! Ouch! Our Bernese Mountain Dog named Scout is loving it. I have to practically pick her up to carry her into the house because she doesn't want to come inside. Me?
