Hi - we'll be getting started on our log home next month. My task is to design the kitchen. As with most things, the devil's in the details. Do you have a recommendation for the best way to vent the stove? Updraft? Downdraft? Ducted or non-ducted? Internal blower? External? Any stories of good results? Any horror stories to share?
