As of 7:30 AM (East Coast Time), the Log Home Neighborhood has 500 members! We would take a minute to pat ourselves on the back for setting this up, but not only would that be corny, it would also take away the credit from the people who deserve it most: You. Amazed. We've just added a bunch of log home videos from our Log Home TV library to the Log Home Neighborhood Community. What can you do with the videos (besides watch them)? Well, you can actually take any of our videos, and embed them on your website or blog! I don't imagine many folks get to build one of these not once but twice in a lifetime. The first home I built was a Timber Log Homes kit. The one in my current photos is a Kuhns Bros. kit however, I greatly modified the floor plan. If only someone would fall in love with it enough to call it their own as I did. My first log home was sold to a couple that adored the house and took care of it just like I had done. Hopefully that will be the case with this home.
