Free Designing and Planning Floor Plans

Hello All,

Does anyone in the Neighborhood know of any good, free design and planning websites or software we can use to design and plan our wheelchair accessible log home?

Any help and suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you,

Thought I would mention this to you, that I had seen on TV, I think on HGTV, that they aligned closets from floor to floor and used this for an elevator. It made the elevator access look like normal closets. I don't remember what style of doors they used tho. Also thank you for helping me with the sound on the webinar. Other webinars I had been on used the computer for sound and of course I didn't read the instructions very well for this one.

Good morning Ken! Living in Ham Lake, we never get way out to Wadena, but I fly over Taylor's falls on my way from Ham Lake to Log Cabin Airport (it is kind of a navigation way-point). Actually, I am staying north of the smoke-stack at Stillwater. I will try to pick out Balsam Lake next time I go by, I'll wave. 3-4,000 s.f. is going to be a big log home and a big project. Wow! I'm feeling a little overwhelmed with a 1,700 s.f. Good luck and I will be watching for progress reports.

We live in Ham Lake, MN and are building in Wisconsin. Do you have a place picked out yet?
